BCMZ Precision Engineering prides itself on manufacturing products to the highest quality standards.

All manufacturing is carried out under the control of our BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Registered quality management system.

All components are given a ‘first-off’ quality check in our dedicated, air-conditioned Inspection Department using appropriate equipment ranging from our standard digital mechanical gauges, through to our CNC Co-ordinate Measuring Machine, enabling full 3D product measurement.

Finished components receive a critical Final Inspection before being suitably packed ready for onward despatch.

Total traceability may be achieved via our Production Control software, which enables BCMZ to plan and control manufacturing, from initial quotation, through to despatch of goods.
